What is the Two Word Answer that will make You Rich ?

TAGS: None

Today I am going to share some incredible insight and wisdom from one of my mentors, Michael Dlouhy.
I hope this impacts your life as much as it has mine….
“Your Conscious Mind the one that remembers all the Algebra Equations, Time Traveled, Compensation Plans, All formulas, ALL the Stuff You Learn in College is the size of a orange.
This is the “SMART” part of Your Brain. The size of an orange.
The Stupid Part of Your Brain that is as dumb as a big box of Rocks. It is Your Sub-Conscious mind. It is the size of the entire World and the Stupid part of Your mind makes ALL, Yes ALL Your Decisions in about 3 secondsflat.
Your Sub-Conscious mind does NOT know the difference between TRUTH or a LIE, RIGHT or WRONG, LEFT or RIGHT. All You need to do to OWN Your Life is to Program Your Mind with The 7 Positive Emotions all the time.
  1. Desire
  2. Faith
  3. Love
  4. Sex
  5. Enthusiasm
  6. Romance
  7. Hope
When Your Sub-Conscious mind goes to the 7 Negative Emotions (found in Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill), click on the Bob Newhart Video below.

I will NOT put the 7 Negative emotions in this blog post, because I don’t want to put them out to the world, the News does more then the world can handle…
So my Two word answer is:…. Stop It……”

To achieve success, You Must Become More.
More of what some of you may ask.
More of a Leader, more of a Winner, more of an Abundance Thinker.

Social Network Etiquette When Building Your Business

TAGS: None

I read an article today posted by the Associated Press about how Facebook is suspending or disabling accounts because of suspected fake names.

Naturally, Facebook has to protect the integrity of their site, no argument there. Anyone who has had their account hijacked by the malicious activity of some miscreant can support Facebook’s efforts to keep those criminals out.

Not only does Facebook suspend accounts for suspicious names, but they will also suspend your account for breaking other rules of their Terms of Use, like spamming.

Many, many people working a home-based business use Facebook, and other social networks like MySpace and Twitter, to network with current and potential business associates.

The problem lies in home based business entrepreneurs treating the social networks as a free for all “throw your biz opportunity” at people. Just because someone friends you and says they would like to “know more about you”, it doesn’t mean you should send them a detailed message about your business.

Of course we want to reach as many people as possible in expanding our businesses, but we must follow proper social networking etiquette.

Get this tattooed into your brain…PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT JOIN PRODUCTS OR OPPORTUNITIES. No matter the business, people will associate with other people they Know, Like and Trust.

Why do I shop at Safeway, Sears and JCPenneys? My parents shopped there. They did business with the same clerks and cashiers for years. I know, like, and trust those businesses.

Those of us who use social networks primarily for our business activities, all know that the people “friending” us are looking for business associates and contacts…just like we are. So there is no need to put on a fake front that we are forming bosom buddy friendships with everyone we meet there.

Certainly, there are some people I’ve met on Facebook who I have become friends with because we hit it off. That is what’s fun about using social networks…meeting people you like and enjoy chatting with from all over the world.

This is no different from face to face relationships.

So a few guidelines are in order…

  1. Maintain cordial, professional relationships with your contacts on social networks. Actually read their profiles to learn something about them as a person. I’m always more interested in what friends who are gardeners are doing. Put in some effort to find something besides business to talk about. Everyone relaxes and no one will feel they are going to be “pitched” or hunted down by “used car salesmen”. Let the topic of business come about naturally.
  2. Remember when you decide to post something…a note, a link, a video, a blog post…that you need to be adding value to the business community you are networking with. And not everything you post needs to be about business. Include inspirational stories, amusing events in your life, etc.
  3. Use your real name, not some snappy handle like ‘MLM MegaMama’. And for heaven’s sake, post your real photograph on your profile! YOU are NOT a product, a company, your favorite pet, beautiful scenery, or an animated character. You are a brilliant human being with a warm and friendly smile!

Be the Real Person Facebook wants to see using their site. Be the Real Person your contacts want to see so they can relate to you.

Wishing You the Success of a Lifetime!

Incredible Business Opportunity…Join Me Now!

“I met a lady today that sells corsets that will ‘change your life.’ They take all your fat and push it up to your bra so you lose 2 dress sizes…a friend of a friends, friend made $86,000 dollars last month after 2 months in the business. Sounds like a real bargain, huh?”

I saw this on a friend’s Facebook profile the other day- and nearly fell off my chair laughing.

But then the reality of the story hit me.

The majority of people who join Network Marketing business opportunities do so after being presented with an outlandish story like this one. In our guts we know it must be too good to be true. But the person talking to us is SOOOOO excited and has all the right answers. Why would they lie?

Most people would never dream of swindling others for their own gain. Most people building their Network Marketing businesses do not want to cheat anyone. We’re on the same team…just trying to make a better life for ourselves and our families.

Unfortunately, some people lie in order to make money for themselves.

How do you protect yourself from getting swindled?

Here are 3 simple things you can do before signing on the dotted line…

  1. Google the company name. Look for complaints or investigations with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General. Be wary of websites put up by disgruntled ex employees or distributors.
  2. Google the company founder’s name. Do this twice. Once without quotes. Next, with quotes including the word ‘scam’. Again, look for entries from government agencies and avoid those malcontented individuals who may post unfairly negatively slanted opinions.
  3. Check out the company with MLM WatchDog. They keep an eye on any government investigations or unscrupulous activity going on with most companies.

This is a simple beginning. But keep in mind that this is only a beginning.

You owe it to yourself to get with a Mentor who can assist you in closely examening any business opportunity you are considering.

Now, if you are really in the market for a corset, or a custom fitted bra, check out The Wizard of Bras. I’ve known Bonnie forever and she is a “Wiz” at making sure your undergarments fit your figure comfortably.

Wishing You the Success of a Lifetime!
